    What You’ll Do

    • Lead and implement safety, health, environmental (HSE), and security programs
    • Partner with operations to reduce incidents and improve workplace safety
    • Conduct audits, investigations, and root cause analysis
    • Develop and deliver training programs that drive compliance and engagement
    • Track performance through metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
    • Collaborate with regulatory agencies (OSHA, DOT, EPA) to ensure compliance
    • Champion a zero-incident culture and support emergency preparedness efforts

    What We’re Looking For

    • 5–7 years of safety experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or transportation
    • Strong background in OSHA compliance, incident prevention, and safety programs
    • Experience with training, audits, and safety culture development
    • CSP certification (or actively working toward it) is a plus
    • Proven ability to influence teams and lead change
