Seeking a proactive Safety Coordinator to promote safety across electrical construction projects in the North Region, based in Indianapolis, IN.
Responsibilities include conducting site visits, safety assessments, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
Assist in developing and delivering safety training, including OSHA requirements, and support incident investigations.
Provide guidance to field personnel, maintain safety documentation, and monitor regulatory updates.
Ideal candidates have 4-5 years of electrical construction safety experience, OSHA knowledge, relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30), strong judgment, communication skills, and bilingual ability (preferred).
This role requires a self-motivated leader who models safety standards. Travel may be required.
