Help drive safety excellence on major infrastructure projects.
Lead the implementation and enforcement of company safety policies, procedures, and best practices across active construction sites. Conduct routine jobsite inspections, audits, and safety assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Partner with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and project owners to maintain safe working environments. Facilitate safety meetings, toolbox talks, job hazard analyses, and ongoing training programmes for field personnel. Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, recommending and tracking corrective actions. Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards on heavy civil, utility, and treatment plant projects. Promote a culture of accountability, hazard awareness, and continuous safety improvement. Travel regularly to project sites across New Jersey, New York and Washington, D.C.

2 to 4 years of safety experience within heavy construction, civil construction, utility construction. OSHA 30 certification. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to conduct training sessions and effectively engage field personnel. Willingness and ability to travel to multiple project sites as required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
