HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Safety Coordinator to support construction operations for a growing industrial and manufacturing organization in Phoenix.

This role is responsible for helping maintain a safe jobsite environment, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, and supporting safety programs across active construction projects.

This position is ideal for candidates with construction safety experience and OSHA 30 certification who are detail-oriented and committed to promoting workplace safety.

Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-Site)
Type: Full-Time | Contract to Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: $25 - $28/hr

Responsibilities

  • Monitor jobsite activities to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
  • Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and field crews to promote a strong safety culture.
  • Assist with ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and site safety protocols.
  • Conduct routine safety inspections and identify potential hazards on construction sites.
  • Support incident investigations and help document safety reports when required.
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining safety programs and procedures.
  • Coordinate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions.
  • Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records.
Qualifications
  • OSHA 30 Certification is a good to have.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with field crews and project teams.
  • Ability to conduct safety inspections and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
  • Previous experience in construction safety or jobsite safety coordination.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English is a plus.
