Safety/EHS Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Safety/EHS Specialist to lead and own our Health & Safety function across our manufacturing and agronomy operations.

This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys building relationships, driving continuous improvement, and creating a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility.

\n

\n

Key responsibilities include:

\n

✅ Leading and administering company-wide safety programs

\n

✅ Ensuring OSHA and regulatory compliance

\n

✅ Conducting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions

\n

✅ Managing workers' compensation and return-to-work processes

\n

✅ Delivering safety training and employee engagement programs

\n

✅ Conducting audits, inspections, and hazard assessments

\n

✅ Partnering with leaders across multiple locations to promote safe work practices

\n

\n

We're looking for someone with:

\n

✔ 5+ years of EHS experience or overall equivalent education

\n

✔ Strong knowledge of OSHA compliance and safety program management

\n

✔ Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, industrial, or related environments

\n

✔ Bilingual English/Spanish skills

\n

✔ The ability to influence, train, and collaborate across all levels of an organization

\n

✔ A passion for protecting people and improving workplace safety
