Safety Manager – Power
Location: 100% project-based travel, National
Company: The Boldt Company – National Power & Industrial
Anticipated Salary Range: $82,000 - $106,000

At Boldt, we build more than complex projects—we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.

As a Safety Manager at Boldt, you’ll be embedded with project teams throughout the full EPC lifecycle—from early planning and engineering through construction, commissioning, and turnover. You’ll help teams think through risk early, organize work deliberately, and adjust as conditions change. Rather than policing problems, you’ll partner with people to solve them.

You’ll bring a strong field presence to complex power projects, supporting safe work through clear communication, consistent processes, and mutual accountability. Your success will be measured not only by compliance and metrics, but by the trust you build with crews and leaders across the jobsite.

Safety at Boldt is not about enforcement from the sidelines; it’s about engagement, partnership, and shared responsibility across every phase of a project. We’re looking for a Safety Manager who values people as much as performance and who believes strong safety outcomes are achieved through trust, presence, and collaboration. The anticipated salary range for this position is $82,000 - $106,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
