Job Description

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $24.00hr - $29.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Established HSE/safety management experience in data center, construction, or industrial environments.
  • Working knowledge of NFPA 70E, LOTO, and electrical/mechanical hazards.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and administer the site HSE program: safety plans, JHAs, permits, PPE compliance, and toolbox talks.
  • Ensure continuous safety coverage across all staffed shifts using Floating HSE Coordinators.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and hazard assessments; drive corrective actions to closure.
  • Lead incident response, investigation, and root-cause/corrective-action reporting; track TRIR.
  • Coordinate with site leadership and interface with regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver safety onboarding and ongoing training for personnel.

Nice to Have:

  • Relevant safety credentials (e.g., OSHA 30, CHST, or equivalent) are strongly preferred.
