Safety Manager - Commercial Construction - DC/Maryland

Lead all safety initiatives across multiple active construction projects throughout the DC Metro region. Develop, implement, and enforce company safety programs, policies, and procedures. Conduct routine jobsite inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance. Manage incident investigations and implement corrective action plans when necessary. Provide safety training, coaching, and support to field and office personnel. Maintain compliance with OSHA, EM-385, and applicable federal safety standards. Partner with project teams to proactively identify and mitigate safety risks. Prepare safety reports, documentation, and compliance records for leadership review. Supervise and mentor one direct-report safety professional. Serve as the primary safety resource for field operations and executive leadership.

The Safety Manager - Commercial Construction - DC/Maryland will have: 5+ years of experience in a Safety Manager role within construction. Experience leading safety programs across multiple projects and teams. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices. EM-385 certification required. OSHA 30 certification required. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to travel daily throughout the DC Metro region and project sites. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Government, federal, or secure-facility construction experience is highly preferred. Must be able to pass a background check and obtain required security clearances/badging.

The Safety Manager - Commercial Construction - DC/Maryland will receive: Competitive base salary of $120K-$150K with flexibility for top talent. Annual bonus potential up to 20%.
