LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a client in the construction materials industry to fill a Safety Manager positions. This position is will work out of Aiea, HI and travel to several other islands regularly.
Salary & Bonus: $100-130k base + annual discretionary bonus

Overview:
Lead and coordinate safety programs to prevent workplace injuries and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Identify hazards, investigate incidents, and recommend solutions to improve safety across all company locations
Train employees on safety policies, conduct safety audits, and communicate safety expectations
Analyze safety data, manage insurance claims, and design initiatives to reduce accidents and losses
Collaborate with management and outside agencies to strengthen the company's safety culture and stay current on regulations
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in safety - OSHA & MSHA experience
Bachelor's Degree (strongly preferred)
CSP certification preferred
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
