This is a full‑time, site‑based Safety Manager role on a flagship hyperscale data center project in VA. You'll be the company's first safety hire, owning safety strategy on site while helping launch and scale a new data centre division.

Description
The Safety Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading all safety operations for a 200,000 sq. ft. hyperscale data center project
- Establishing and implementing safety programs, policies, and site standards
- Acting as the primary safety authority for site teams, subcontractors, and leadership
- Supporting tenant fit‑out activities starting summer through project completion
- Building the foundation for the company's long‑term data center safety strategy
- Partnering directly with senior leadership to shape future safety processes
- Positioning the safety function for scale across future data center projects
Profile
A successful Safety Manager should have:
- Proven experience as a Safety Manager on large‑scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices
- Experience working on data centers or mission‑critical projects preferred
- Ability to operate independently and build programs from the ground up
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, high‑autonomy environment
