Job Description Summary:
Reporting directly to the Regional Safety Manager – MasTec Power Delivery East, the Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety programs related to electrical power systems, substations, transmission and distribution assets, and associated operations. The role ensures compliance with applicable safety regulations, reduces operational risks, and promotes a strong safety culture across the organization.

BS in Health & Safety Mgt, Risk Mgt and/or related field experience; pro designation(s) preferred- CSP, ASP, CUSP, CHST
5+ years of relevant industry safety experience (field-based workforce; energy/construction)
Knowledge of electrical safety standards and regulations.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
