Lead Safety On Premier Healthcare & Higher Education ProjectsLead all safety programs and initiatives for construction projects throughout the Boston market. Develop, implement, and maintain company safety policies, procedures, and training programs. Conduct regular jobsite inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards. Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements and all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations. Investigate incidents, near misses, and safety concerns, and implement corrective actions. Partner with project managers, superintendents, and field personnel to promote a proactive safety culture. Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and ongoing education to employees and subcontractors. Monitor safety performance metrics and recommend continuous improvement strategies. Support projects in healthcare, life sciences, higher education, commercial, defense, and infrastructure environments. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices is required. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence both field and office personnel are essential. Experience working on complex construction projects in active or occupied environments is preferred.Preferred qualifications include experience supporting healthcare, laboratory, life sciences, or higher education construction projects. Relevant safety certifications and professional credentials are also preferred. Background supporting both ground-up construction and renovation/build-out projects is desirable.What's on offer includes a competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000 annually and a comprehensive benefits package.
