\nThe Role:
\nThe Safety Manager is responsible for leading the safety function across the continental U.S. and Canada, supporting our manufacturing operations in North Carolina as well as branch offices in multiple locations. This role owns the implementation and administration of the company’s safety program in support of our goal of zero accidents, taking an active role to ensure that safety is never compromised.
\nA central focus of this position is workers’ compensation administration, managing employee claims from first report through resolution and partnering with employees and their managers to support a safe, timely return to work. The Safety Manager will also analyze injury and claims data to identify trends, and will design and deliver training for employees and managers aimed at reducing workplace injuries.
\nThis position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources.
