SAFETY MANAGER | $125/DAY PER DIEM | 60 HOURS/WEEK | MT. PLEASANT, WI | START ASAP Looking for a long-term safety opportunity with excellent earning potential and project stability? We're seeking a Safety Manager to support an electrical contractor on a Microsoft data center project where field leadership and visibility are critical to success.If you're an experienced construction safety professional who thrives in the field, this is your chance to join a project scheduled to run for more than two years. Location: Mt. Pleasant, WI Pay Rate: $49-$51/hr Per Diem: $125/day Duration: 2+ Years Schedule: 60 Hours Weekly (6x10s, 1st Shift)️ Scope: Electrical contractor working on a Microsoft data center.WHAT YOU WILL OWN Conduct daily jobsite safety observations Perform routine field inspections and audits Maintain a visible presence with crews and supervisors Identify and communicate hazards proactively Support compliance with project safety requirements Partner with site leadership to improve safe work practices Help drive a culture of accountability and safety excellenceWHAT YOU NEED• OSHA 30 (Required)• 5+ years of construction safety experience (Required)• Strong field engagement and communication skills• Electrical construction experience is a plus• Data center experience is a huge plusTake advantage of long-term project stability, consistent overtime, and daily per diem on a major data center build.To be considered, email your resume to steven.williams@sheakley.com with the subject line: "Safety Manager - Mt.
