What Youll Do

As a Safety Manager, youll take the lead in creating and maintaining a culture of safety on your assigned project. Youll:

• Guide teams, including trade partners, on best safety practices.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety training for all workers.
• Conduct and document weekly safety inspections.
• Play a key role in ensuring everyone onsite understands and prioritizes safety.
• The ultimate goal is to inspire a culture of safety that prioritizes each workers safe return home each day.

What Youll Bring

• Four (4) years of safetyhealth-related degree and minimum five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong working knowledge of federal and state OSHA regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Previous experience in direct supervision of health and safety issues, along with administration of programs such as Safety Training, Risk Analysis, Incident Investigations, Incident Loss Analysis, and OSHA-related issues, including but not limited to inspections.
