We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to play a critical leadership role supporting some of our most complex and high-profile construction projects, including large-scale data center developments. As a Safety Manager, you"ll serve as a trusted advisor to project and field leaders while leading safety initiatives across active construction sites. You will:
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in construction safety, environmental health and safety, or a related field.
Hands-on experience managing safety programs within commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction environments.
OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and OSHA 40 training completed.
Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
One or more of the following certifications:
OSHA 500
NFPA 70E
CHST
ASP
Strong knowledge of OSHA CFR 1926, CFR 1910, EM 385, and applicable construction safety regulations.
Experience conducting incident investigations, safety audits, compliance reviews, and employee training.
Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety reporting systems.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
