Safety Manager – Power

Company: The Boldt Company – National Power & Industrial
Anticipated Salary Range: $82,000 - $106,000
At Boldt, we build more than complex projects—we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.
Safety, at Boldt is woven into every phase of the project lifecycle. As a Safety Manager, you’ll work side-by-side with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams from project planning through final turnover, helping identify risks early, align teams around safe work practices, and adapt strategies as conditions evolve. Rather than simply enforcing standards, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor and collaborative partner, helping teams solve challenges before they become problems.
You’ll maintain a strong presence in the field on complex power projects, building relationships with craft professionals, project leaders, and trade partners to create an environment where everyone is empowered to speak up, look out for one another, and take ownership of safety. Success in this role is measured not only by performance metrics and compliance results, but by the trust, credibility, and culture of accountability you help foster across the jobsite.
At Boldt, we believe the best safety outcomes come from engagement, collaboration, and shared responsibility. We’re looking for a leader who values people as much as performance, leads through influence and presence, and is passionate about creating workplaces where every team member can thrive and return home safely each day.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $82,000 - $106,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data.
