The Safety Manager plays a critical role in shaping and driving a "Safe Thinking" culture across Boldt's San Francisco healthcare projects, some of the most complex and high impact builds in the region. In this role, you will lead safety initiatives from planning through execution, working alongside high performing teams to ensure every worker goes home safe every day. You will take ownership of project wide safety efforts, including audits, inspections, and reporting, while proactively identifying risks and implementing strategies that elevate safety performance across dynamic, compliance driven healthcare environments.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $120,000.00-$158,000.00 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction management or other related field required. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
At least five years' experience in construction and/or industrial safety required.
First aid and/or CPR certification preferred.
Certified Health and Safety Technician (CHST) certification preferred.
A valid driver's license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons' ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.
Nice to Have
Experience on healthcare or other highly regulated projects such as OSHPD or HCAI.
Experience leading Safety Task Analysis and Job Hazard Analysis during preconstruction planning.
Experience supporting high risk activity planning and serving as a safety mentor for project teams.
