SAFETY MANAGER – TEMP-TO-HIRE

Trinity Employment Specialists is seeking an experienced Safety Manager for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established organization located in Sapulpa, Ok.

PAY & SCHEDULE

• $22–$25/hour
• Monday–Friday | 6:00AM - 4:30PM 50 hours/week
• Temp-to-Hire
• 100% employer-paid healthcare for employee AND family

MUST-HAVES

• 30-Hour OSHA General Industry certification
• 30-Hour General Industry Outreach Trainer certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean/acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent safety experience/training
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety
• Ability to conduct safety meetings, inspections, training, and accident investigations
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work safely around moving equipment
• Comfortable working in a safety-sensitive, industrial environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement and maintain workplace safety policies and procedures in compliance with OSHA and applicable regulations
• Conduct safety meetings, job-site inspections, and hazard assessments
• Identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are completed
• Investigate accidents and near misses and recommend preventative measures
• Complete and submit required safety reports
• Coordinate and conduct job-specific safety training
• Travel to work sites as needed and deliver safety equipment
• Supervise and train employees while addressing safety concerns
