Position Description CORE is seeking a fulltime Construction Safety Manager to serve our construction projects throughout Arizona. The new Safety Manager will work as a leader and coach to all our field teams, working with our project teams on several commercial construction projects, primarily for K-12 school districts, colleges, municipalities and public safety buildings. You will act as a liaison and safety resource for the site team and support project sites by monitoring and ensuring that the employees are practicing the policies and procedures of our projects and Safety Manual. This is an in-person position, with travel to multiple construction project sites.
The Safety Manager will help to monitor the safety of the work necessary to complete our companys construction projects, perform several safety audits, training and assessment tasks, lead safety stand-downs, promote safety improvements and track safety observations on our jobsites. Focused on the support of each teams project safety efforts, the Manager will maintain and teach proficiency with industry technologies to both COREs staff as well as our trade partners and subcontractors, including Environmental Health Safety software such as Predictive Solutions and Procore. The Manager will also assist with quality control observations and tracking, and input data and observations into tracking software.
