Our client is a rapidly growing construction contractor with an established reputation for delivering complex underground utility and trenchless installation projects. Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures. Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety assessments. Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions. Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and employee orientations. Maintain compliance with OSHA and client-specific safety requirements. Track safety metrics and maintain accurate documentation. Partner with project teams to identify and mitigate jobsite risks. Support continuous improvement initiatives across field operations. Utilize HCSS software for reporting and documentation. Foster a proactive, safety-first culture on all projects.

5+ years of construction safety experience. Experience supporting underground utilities, excavation, trenchless installation, or concrete projects. Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices. Experience conducting inspections, audits, and incident investigations. Ability to communicate effectively with field and management teams. Experience with HCSS software preferred. Mission critical or data center project experience highly preferred. Valid driver's license.

Base salary: 100k-130k. Company vehicle or vehicle allowance. Gas card (where applicable). 401(k) with 6% company match. Medical coverage through United Healthcare. Company-paid deductible assistance. Short-term and long-term disability coverage. 2-3 weeks PTO.
