Location: Eagle Mountain, Utah

Position duration : Full-Time/Overtime 12 months+
Project Type: Large-Scale Data Center Construction (Electrical Scope)
Pay Range: $35-$50/hr DOE
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Safety Professional to support safety operations on a large-scale data center project in Eagle Mountain, Utah. This role will help oversee health and safety programs for approximately 300 electricians and construction personnel.
The ideal candidate has construction safety experience, strong field awareness, and a proactive approach to promoting safety and accountability. Electrical construction experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and enforcement of site safety programs and procedures
• Conduct daily jobsite inspections and hazard assessments
• Assist with incident prevention, investigations, and corrective actions
• Participate in JHAs, pre-task planning, and safety meetings
• Maintain safety records and documentation
• Support safety training, orientations, and toolbox talks
• Monitor subcontractor compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Promote safe work practices with field crews

• 2–5 years of construction safety experience
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in an active construction environment

• Experience on commercial or industrial construction projects
• Electrical construction experience
• OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, CHST, or similar certifications

• Active construction site with varying weather conditions
• Frequent walking, climbing, and standing required
