What are we looking for?- Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work a flexible schedule and respond to urgent situations as needed
- Prior experience in Safety, Security, or Risk Management required (hospitality or hotel environment strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, incident management, and liability prevention
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and hold teams accountable
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Spanish language skills required
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
