Summary
Drive a world-class safety, security, and environmental culture across a major food manufacturing complex and affiliated live\u2011operations sites. As the Safety, Security & Environmental Manager, you will lead and elevate EHS&S programs through continuous improvement, hands\u2011on coaching, and data\u2011driven risk reduction. Partner closely with operations leaders to implement practical, regulatory\u2011compliant solutions that improve uptime, protect people and product, and reduce environmental impact. This role is ideal for a proactive technical leader who thrives on influencing culture, building high\u2011performing teams, and delivering measurable operational results in a fast\u2011paced manufacturing environment.
The salary range for this position is $101K- $151K per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).
