Safety Specialist
Job Description
The Safety Specialist promotes and maintains a safe, healthy, and incident-free work environment across active jobsites. This role leads the development, coordination, and enforcement of jobsite safety programs and accident prevention strategies, ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Safety Specialist also supports a strong client-focused philosophy by building and sustaining safety-centered relationships with new and existing clients.

Work Environment
This role is primarily field-based and involves extensive walking around active construction and industrial sites. The Safety Specialist regularly moves throughout jobsites to observe work, verify that trades personnel follow safety protocols, and ensure proper use of PPE. The position operates in changing conditions typical of construction and industrial environments, including varying terrain, active equipment, and evolving work activities. The role may involve exposure to a wide range of temperatures and weather conditions, as well as typical industrial site risks.
