UniTek Global Services is seeking a dedicated Safety Specialist to support and promote a safe working environment across all divisions. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with company state and federal safety standards while helping build a proactive safety-focused culture.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, incident reports, training, and certification records to ensure compliance with all safety‑related regulations.
- Provide guidance to employees on preventing and reducing safety incidents.
- Deliver ongoing safety training to reinforce safe work practices and promote a strong safety mindset across the organization.
- Conduct regular onsite safety audits for both in‑house employees and subcontractors.
- Participate in OSHA and other safety certification courses as assigned.
- Support various safety initiatives and perform additional duties as needed.
