    Title: Safety Sr Supervisor JP3
    Job ID: 24686
    Work Location: Conshohocken, PA 19428
    Work Type: Onsite
Duration: 8 months with the possibility of further extension or conversion to full-time
Travel: may require additional travel within the U.S. and potentially across North America.

One position will be an HSE-Lead, and the other will be an HSE manager in the field.
The hourly rate offer will be commensurate with the level the candidate is chosen for.

    Introduction:
Senior Safety Supervisors within clients’ LSNA LOB must successfully balance multiple demands, including support of field-based HSE staff; providing leadership, direction, and vision to Project and Construction Managers and field teams; fostering a supportive yet directive environment to promote subcontractor success; and role-modeling a leadership style that demonstrates inclusion and care for our craft workforce. Equally important is the ability to build rapport, partnerships, and a communication style that engenders confidence and trust with our clients.
This role requires flexibility, excellent communication skills across a broad range of stakeholders, empathy, commitment, and dedication to delivering project outcomes that ensure workers go home safely every day. While the role includes significant administrative responsibilities, consistently modeling clients’ Beyond Zero culture requires visible field leadership—where the work happens—and strong relationship-building with the teams delivering it.
If you’re up for the challenge, we’ve been looking for someone just like you.

     Here’s What You’ll Need:

    • Bachelor’s degree in HSE/EHS, Safety, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant construction experience.
    • Professional HSE/EHS certification and/or degree in safety, engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
    • Minimum of 5–10 years of construction industry experience, consisting of a combination of:
    • HSE/EHS experience supporting active construction projects; and/or
    • o    Construction trade or craft experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity (e.g., foreman, general foreman, superintendent, or lead craft) with                      responsibility for safety oversight.
    • Demonstrated experience supporting and enforcing safe work practices for self-perform and subcontractor crews.
    • Certifications: At least one required to advance in the hiring process (level dependent): OSHA 30-Hour Construction, OSHA 510, CHST, or CSP.
    • Experience delivering safety training, toolbox talks, JHAs, and employee coaching in a field construction environment.
    • Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations.
    • Experience supporting and implementing company and client safety program requirements at the project level.
    • Proven ability to conduct safety observations, assessments, and compliance reviews across multi-trade workforces.
    • Strong documentation, reporting, and record management skills for regulatory and company compliance.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with craft personnel, supervisors, and project leadership.
    • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt in a fast-paced construction environment.

    Ideally, You’ll Have:
    • Experience supporting construction projects, including regulated or mission-critical environments.
    • Experience collaborating with clients, design teams, and construction management to proactively integrate safety into project execution.
