Background Investigation, CPR Certification, Code of Federal Regulations, Construction, Corrective Action, Documentation, First Aid, Hazard Analysis, Heavy Lifting, OSHA, Risk Management, Safety/Work Safety
Key Responsibilities:
- Field Oversight: Conduct site walks to identify and mitigate hazards in real-time.
- High-Risk Review: Manage safety protocols for fall protection, heavy lifts, trenching, confined spaces, and energized work.
- Execution: Ensure JSA’s, toolbox talks, and permits are high-quality and actively followed—not just "paperwork exercises."
- Compliance: Keep projects aligned with OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and specific client requirements.
- Documentation & Training: Track training competencies and lead incident investigations with a focus on meaningful corrective actions.
What We Require:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of dedicated safety supervision experience in the field.
- Certification: Current OSHA 30 (Construction or General Industry) and valid First Aid/CPR.
- Integrity: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen prior to hire.
- Travel: Flexibility to work on project sites across the United States.
