Safety Technology Analyst
Location, St. Cloud, MN
Full-Time, works in-office—not remote

At ATS, we’re looking for a Safety Technology Analyst who can blend analytics, technology, and training to help drive smarter, safer decisions across our organization. This is not your average data job—you’ll play a key role in shaping safety programs, influencing behavior, and keeping our fleet and teams operating at their best.
What You’ll Do
- Build advanced spreadsheets and automated tools (think macros, pivot tables, dashboards)
- Turn raw data into meaningful insights that improve safety and performance
- Train and empower teams to confidently use data tools and reports
- Monitor and analyze safety programs like IRP and dash cam (Lytx) systems
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities—and take action
- Keep over 1,500+ cameras running smoothly and optimize device performance
- Partner with internal teams, vendors, and maintenance to solve challenges quickly
- Create automated reporting and workflows that simplify processes
- Spot safety events early and help prevent incidents before they happen

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years of experience in data analytics, math, or similar field
- Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience handling large datasets and creating automated solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Confidence working with both technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work
- A team-first mindset with a commitment to safety and company values
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000. Base salary is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location, compared to others performing substantially similar work.
