Description
Independent delivery of safety trainings according to the current training program.Execution of certified inspections (including acceptance tests and minor repairs) and periodic revisions of fall‑protection PPE, both on customer sites and in-house.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring operational readiness of the training center. This includes:
Inspection and monitoring of maintenance intervals for all fall‑arrest devices located in the training center (SRLs, evacuation devices, rescue equipment, rope grabs, energy absorbers, descenders, harnesses, safety ropes, etc.), including wear checks, functional testing, and documentation in the respective equipment logs.
Revision of all fixed components of the training center (mast, trusses, anchor points, ladders, etc.).
Removal and disposal of outdated or expired fall‑protection PPE.
Adequate stock management and administration of PPE for course participants.
Selection and procurement of training materials.
Ensuring cleanliness and order within the training center.
Provision and maintenance of climbing protection systems and execution of PPE revisions at all training locations.
Supporting the team manager in creating training materials, handouts, and presentations.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
The execution of the tasks requires knowledge and skills typically acquired through a relevant completed vocational training of at least three years, or through a relevant two-year vocational training combined with extensive additional job-specific experience.
