Description

You will design, develop, implement, and maintain safety training programs across LGUS
Partner with SH&E leadership, operations teams, and subject matter experts to identify training needs
Develop new safety training courses and update existing content to align with SHEQ standards, regulatory requirements, and operational risks
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate, consistent, and effective
Further, you will manage safety training courses, participant rosters, and training records within designated learning management systems
Maintain SH&E training platforms, including the SH&E training site and NESO Launch Pad
Support monthly safety meetings by preparing, organizing, and distributing training content and communications
Provide onboarding and training support for new SH&E managers and specialists on training systems, reporting tools, and compliance requirements
Track training completion, participation, and effectiveness; analyze trends and recommend improvements
And you will troubleshoot training system and data issues, partnering with system owners to implement enhancements
Ensure safety training programs support audit readiness and regulatory compliance requirements
Drive continuous improvement of training processes, systems, and content to strengthen organizational safety performance
