Job Title : SailPoint Architect
Experience Required - 10+ Years
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Deep understanding of IAM concepts, including workforce identity, provisioning, de-provisioning, Identity lifecycle, roles, entitlements, and policies.
Proficient in SailPoint IIQ, including configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
Knowledge of SailPoint IIQ architecture and its components.
Proficiency in core java, Beanshell, and Python for creating custom connectors and scripts.
Experience in integration of other systems including HR, PAM, SSO etc.
Experience in application integration using connectors like AD, LDAP, JDBC, RACF, Delimited files etc
Experience in development of SailPoint connectors
Experience with XML, JSON, HTMl, and RESTful APIs for integration and data exchange.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Experience in SailPoint IIQ installation, configuration and administration
Experience in other IGA products like Microsoft Entra ID, Saviynt
Experience in creating SailPoint Architecture and Administration
Experience in supporting Audit and compliance activities
Experience in developing Technical documentation for SailPoint
Experience in DevOps and automation
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Lead SailPoint programs across multiple projects
Own technical delivery of SailPoint Programs
Prepare technical responses to customer RFI/RFP/RFQ
Identify solution to customer business problems
Complete POC and POV based on customer requirements
Be the point of Help with solutions for business problems across multiple engagements
Help with upskilling, cross skilling and training activities
Help with interviews for recruitments
