    Description

    Role: SailPoint Developer

    Exp: 6-8 Years

    Skills: Commercial Banking~Sailpoint

    Experience Required: 4-6

    Note: Candidate must have exp in SailPoint Profiles required, having ONLY hands-on experience - in IDN/ISC in last 1-2 years. - will be considered

    Role Description-

    Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

    Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using Identity Security Cloud.

    Configure and customize SailPoint workflows, forms, rules, certifications, and provisioning processes.

    Develop and maintain application integrations using connectors, REST APIs, Web Services, JDBC, LDAP, Active Directory, and HR systems.

    Implement Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes.

    Configure and manage access request workflows, access certifications, role management, and policy enforcement.

    Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

    Collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, application owners, and infrastructure teams.

    Support audits, compliance initiatives, and access reviews.

    Develop custom Java code, BeanShell scripts, and SailPoint rules as required.

    Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migration activities.

    Create technical documentation, design documents, and operational procedures.
