Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer with strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) On-Premises to support and enhance a mission-critical Identity & Access Management (IAM) environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), user lifecycle management, and enterprise identity integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and optimize the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform.
Manage identity lifecycle processes, including user onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, and deprovisioning.
Configure and support access request workflows, identity aggregations, and certification processes.
Troubleshoot SailPoint connectors, aggregation jobs, and provisioning issues.
Perform SailPoint upgrades, patches, and ongoing platform maintenance.
Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications such as Active Directory and PeopleSoft.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement IAM best practices and improve identity governance.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of overall Cybersecurity or Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.
3–5+ years of hands-on experience administering SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) On-Premises.
Strong knowledge of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), identity lifecycle management, provisioning/deprovisioning, access request workflows, and identity aggregations.
Experience supporting Active Directory and PeopleSoft integrations.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Java, SQL, REST APIs, and LDAP.
ServiceNow integration.
Authentication and authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
Identity connector development.
SailPoint certifications are highly preferred.
