Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer with strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) On-Premises to support and enhance a mission-critical Identity & Access Management (IAM) environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), user lifecycle management, and enterprise identity integrations.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, maintain, and optimize the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform.
  • Manage identity lifecycle processes, including user onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, and deprovisioning.
  • Configure and support access request workflows, identity aggregations, and certification processes.
  • Troubleshoot SailPoint connectors, aggregation jobs, and provisioning issues.
  • Perform SailPoint upgrades, patches, and ongoing platform maintenance.
  • Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications such as Active Directory and PeopleSoft.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement IAM best practices and improve identity governance.
 
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of overall Cybersecurity or Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience administering SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) On-Premises.
  • Strong knowledge of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), identity lifecycle management, provisioning/deprovisioning, access request workflows, and identity aggregations.
  • Experience supporting Active Directory and PeopleSoft integrations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
 
Preferred Skills
  • Java, SQL, REST APIs, and LDAP.
  • ServiceNow integration.
  • Authentication and authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
  • Identity connector development.
  • SailPoint certifications are highly preferred.
