What You'll Do:

As the Assistant General Manager at Saint Anejo, you’ll play a key leadership role in daily operations, team development, and the overall Guest experience. You’ll help lead a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining the elevated hospitality standards that define M Street.

You’ll work closely with the General Manager to inspire the team, drive operational excellence, and create an atmosphere where both Guests and Team Members thrive.

Your Responsibilities Will Include: 

• Leading daily restaurant operations with confidence, urgency, and professionalism
• Delivering exceptional hospitality while creating memorable Guest experiences
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing front-of-house Team Members through consistent leadership and feedback
• Managing high-volume service, reservations, and floor flow with precision
• Upholding M Street standards, policies, and service expectations
• Identifying opportunities to elevate the Guest experience and create hospitality “value add” moments
• Building a positive, accountable, and team-first culture
• Supporting hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management initiatives
• Collaborating with leadership to execute operational goals and improve performance
• Maintaining composure, energy, and professionalism in a dynamic environment
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards

What We're Looking For: 

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience in high-volume dining environments
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining poise and professionalism
• Corporate and independent restaurant experience preferred
• Data-driven mindset with strong operational awareness
• Passion for hospitality, Guest engagement, and team development
• Flexible, adaptable, and growth-oriented attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
