Little Mama’s Italian is coming to Cornelius! We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salad Line Cook to join our high-volume kitchen team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values consistency, and takes pride in preparing fresh, high-quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare fresh salads and cold dishes using high-quality ingredients
• Complete all prep related to station
• Follow established recipes to ensure consistency and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation
• Multitask effectively in a high-volume kitchen environment
• Assist with prep work and ingredient organization
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen standards
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling
• Strong knife skills and a passion for continuous learning
