Numero 28 Allen is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Salad/Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This position is responsible for preparing salads, vegetables, dressings, and other ingredients according to recipes and presentation standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintains a clean workstation, and supports the kitchen team during service.
Previous kitchen or prep experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Evening and weekend availability is required.
