Salary Sanitation Manager

Verifies all departmental documentation is in order on a daily basis
Coordinates with the USDA and QA to ensure plant is inspected and ready for production
Coordinates with all departments to ensure all master cleaning is completed as scheduled
Conducts and approves staff changes, raises, and evaluations for Supervisory positions
Oversees employee attendance, transfers, disciplinary actions, and evaluations
Controls costs in labor, materials, chemicals, and continuous process improvement
Experienced and certified BRC process
Oversees night shift production in the plant
