About the Role


We seek a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our Private Security Guard Services. Your job is to connect with potential clients, maintain relationships with existing ones, and close high-value contracts. If you have strong people skills and a passion for sales, this opportunity is for you!


Commission-Based Pay – Earn 5% of the Gross Profit from each contract!


What You’ll Do


Engage with potential clients and build strong relationships
Educate customers on our security guard services & coverage areas
Maintain a CRM database to track leads and opportunities
Schedule and attend meetings with potential customers
Call, email, and follow up with clients to finalize sales
Use persuasion and negotiation skills to close deals


What We’re Looking For


️ Previous sales experience (security industry experience is a plus!)
️ Strong communication & negotiation skills
️ Self-motivated & goal-oriented personality
️ Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
