We want you to succeed and offer training and support to help you develop your sales skills. We offer a benefits package, base pay, and uncapped commissions and bonuses. Compensation & Perks

First-year expected income: $65K-$85K+ and second-year income: $80K-$100K+ Uncapped Commissions: 40% on all closed deals + commission 6 month and 12 month $5,000 bonuses upon meeting conditions Additional monthly top-performer bonuses Clear promotion path to Senior AE and leadership roles; we love promoting from within

What Youll Do

Own the full sales cycle. From cold call to close, you'll help local governments transform communication Make 60-90 daily calls to cities and counties, set up virtual demos, and close deals with decision-makers Run Zoom demos that show the benefits of our software Use tools like Pipedrive to organize and track KPIs Collaborate with experienced sales leaders who are invested in your success

What Were Looking For

You've done cold calling or outbound sales Youre confident on Zoom and know how to run a demo Experience with CRMs is a plus (we use Pipedrive) You're eager, coachable, and ready to grow Strong written and verbal communication skills Youre competitive, resilient, and energized by hitting goals
