Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing corporate and school clients, ensuring their branded merchandise needs are met while driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to client development, and the ability to leverage the significant marketing, lead generation, and client support tools we offer.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
· Drive revenue growth & achieve quota(s)
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
· Conduct outbound and warm calling to engage potential clients and identify their needs.
· Develop and sell branded merchandise and support services that align with client objectives and budgets.
· Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and order management teams to develop strategies for client growth and retention.
· Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads.
· Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products based on client requirements.
· Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing product benefits and solutions tailored to their needs.
· Attend weekly 1 on 1 with Manager.
· Supply weekly KPI reports.
