Regional Sales Executive - Driving Growth Through Customer Partnership

As a Regional Sales Executive, you will take ownership of a defined territory, balancing strategic account management with new business development. This is an opportunity to work closely with customers, identify growth opportunities, and directly influence business success.

What you'll do

• Drive territory revenue growth and achieve sales objectives.
• Develop and execute regional sales and account strategies.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Manage and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and target markets.
• Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and opportunity pipelines.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive insights.
• Present territory reviews, forecasts, and business results to leadership.
• Partner with marketing, product, customer support, and operations teams to support customer success.

What you need

• Required: Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Required: Ability to work independently, prioritise objectives, and deliver results.
• Required: Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Required: Knowledge of sales and account management best practices.
• Required: 5+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Advantage: Experience selling technical or engineered products and solutions.
• Required: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Advantage: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Salary Range:

$96,600.00-$128,800.000
