Sales Account Manager specializing in the hospitality/hotel, multifamily residential, resort, and country club industries. You'd sell into a network of clients like hotels, resorts, condominiums, apartment complexes, architecture and design firms, and more. It's a specialized division with a lot of growth potential for the territory!
Salary & Benefits: $75k base salary
$150k on target earnings
Uncapped commission plan – Top earnings make $250k+

Job Summary:Our client is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join their Field Sales team and perform territory development. The role boasts variety, with a key focus on new business development and account growth. A typical day is spent in the field, meeting with prospective clients in need of fitness solutions for the hotel or apartment/condominium gym they manage.
Job Responsibilities:- Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
- Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
- Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM
- Increase customer satisfaction
- Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends
- Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
- Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits inline with company sales code
What you should bring:- At least 3 years’ sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar territory development sales role
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field
- Experience in managing complex deals and selling solutions
- Excellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skills
- Solid experience with CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus
- Result-driven approach
- Excellent listening, communications and presentation abilities
