Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acts as liaison between dealers, District Managers and other Kawasaki departments for all new dealer applications, changes and terminations within region.
- Develops and maintains regional and dealer contact information.
- Reviews, prepares and completes MasterCard reconciliations for Regional Sales Director and District Managers.
- Reads and routes incoming mail. Composes and prepares routine correspondence.
- Organizes and maintains file systems, correspondence and other records for every dealer within the region.
- Answers and directs regional telephone calls.
- Coordinates itineraries and schedules appointments for Regional Sales Director.
- Coordinates and maintains weekly itineraries for Regional Sales Director and all District Managers in region.
- Coordinates travel schedules and reservations.
- Compiles and maintains statistical reports and spreadsheets (Sales plans, vehicle order periods, market share, and Cognos queries).
- Prepares outgoing communications, including mail and e-mail.
- Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance.
- DMV knowledge of state sales / distributor license requirements for Regional Sales Director and District Managers.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from a four-year college or Associate’s Degree is preferred. Minimum two years related experience and/or training in an administrative support environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Salary: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
