We are seeking an organized and proactive Sales Administrator to join our growing team in a flexible hybrid work model. In this role, you will split your time between working from home and collaborating in our local office - 3 days in office, 2 days remote. You will serve as a vital backbone for our sales and service operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing our customer data, coordinating service logistics, and managing both inbound and outbound communication channels. The ideal candidate excels at multitasking, has a strong phone presence, and maintains high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Maintenance: Own the accuracy of our sales database. Update customer profiles, log communications, track sales pipelines, and ensure data integrity across all records.
Service Call Scheduling: Coordinate and manage the service calendar. Schedule appointments, dispatch technicians, and communicate timing updates directly to customers.
Inbound Call Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming phone queries. Filter inquiries, resolve basic customer questions, and route warm leads or complex issues to the appropriate teammate.
Outbound Renewal Campaigns: Proactively place outbound calls to existing clients to discuss contract renewals, upsell opportunities, and service expansions.
Sales Support: Assist the sales department with administrative paperwork, data entry, accounts receivable, RFP identification/RFP proposal development and basic reporting as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an administrative support, sales coordination, or customer service role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with modern CRM software (e.g., Zoho) and standard office productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Remote Work Readiness: Ability to work independently from home, utilizing a reliable, quiet workspace with high-speed internet.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional phone demeanor.
Organization: Strong time-management capabilities with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines without losing accuracy.
Problem-Solving: High emotional intelligence and the ability to think quickly on your feet to resolve client issues smoothly.
Benefits & Perks:

Salary - $40,000.00 - $49,500.00 annually
