Dynamic Part-Time Sales Administrator
  • Compensation: $23.00 / hour
  • Schedule: Part-Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

About the Role: Are you highly organized, tech-savvy, and looking for a role that offers the perfect work-life balance? We are looking for a detail-obsessed Sales Administrator to be the operational backbone of our Sales and Coordinating teams.

In this fast-paced, morning-only role, you will help us track project costs, manage critical data in SAP, and ensure our sales and billing processes run like a well-oiled machine. If you love checking boxes, balancing numbers, and supporting a busy team, this is the perfect fit for you!

What You'll Be Doing:
  • The Tech & Data: Assist with creating new jobs, updating project completions, and managing costs within SAP and FieldCap.
  • The Money Moves: Review daily and final cost reports from the field, ensure they match our sales bids, and submit them accurately to Accounting for billing.
  • The Paper Trail: Manage third-party invoices, RSS service billings, and perform electronic well-filing to ensure our records are 100% complete at the end of every job.
  • The Team Support: Act as the go-to administrative support for our Sales team and Coordinators, tackling various projects to keep the department moving forward.
Who We're Looking For:
  • Experience: 1 to 3+ years in an office or administrative support role.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning or using complex database systems (SAP experience is a huge plus!).
  • Detail-Obsessed: You have a sharp eye for detail and can accurately manage data, documentation, and processes without missing a beat.
  • Highly Organized: You have excellent time-management skills and can prioritize tasks and hit deadlines effortlessly.
  • Professional: You have great communication skills (both written and verbal) and know how to handle confidential information with discretion.
