Overview:
A local company is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support sales, inventory, accounting, and administrative operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, coordinating logistics, and supporting internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory records and sales documentation
- Process invoices and maintain system data
- Prepare DMV paperwork and warranty documentation
- Coordinate truck transfers and dispatch local drivers
- Review vendor invoices and support Accounts Payable
- Assist with cash collections, billing inquiries, and customer support
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Department
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative, AP/AR, sales support, or related experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
