Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage inventory records, sales documentation, and related system data.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and inventory transactions with a high level of accuracy.
• Prepare and coordinate DMV documentation, VIN verification, and warranty registrations.
• Coordinate truck transfers between locations, customers, and vendors, including dispatching local drivers.
• Review vendor invoices and provide support to Accounts Payable functions.
• Assist with cash collections, billing inquiries, and customer service needs.
• Provide administrative support to Sales and Accounting teams while helping maintain efficient day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in administration, sales support, accounting support, AP/AR, or related fields.
• Dealership, trucking, automotive, transportation, fleet, or heavy equipment industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Karmak, Soarr, Arcadium, or similar business systems is a plus.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
