We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Administrator to support our growing team. In this role, you will be at the center of our sales operations—partnering with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure a seamless order-to-delivery experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and making a direct impact on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers by managing incoming sales calls and responding to inquiries with professionalism and urgency
  • Prepare and manage customer quotations, ensuring accuracy while identifying opportunities to enhance value
  • Process customer orders and credit memos efficiently, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Proactively monitor and expedite orders to meet delivery commitments and exceed customer expectations
  • Coordinate and maintain customer delivery schedules, ensuring consistent on-time performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing to manage vendor deliveries and support inventory flow
  • Communicate customer requirements clearly to Purchasing and Quality teams to ensure alignment and accuracy
  • Provide product and technical information to customers, supporting informed decision-making
  • Address and document customer concerns by managing and initiating complaint resolution processes
  • Provide proof of delivery and related documentation as requested
  • Track and report on key customer metrics, including on-time delivery performance
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date customer files, including drawings and documentation
