Sales Administrator / Technical Customer Service

Summary:

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
* Manage customer inquiries and provide quotations including pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines
* Process sales orders, invoices, payments, and maintain accurate CRM and sales records
* Coordinate quote activity, order processing, and shipping with internal departments
* Interpret technical information, including Bills of Materials, and perform calculations to support quoting and estimating activities

Required Skills & Experience:
* 1-2+ years of administrative, customer service, sales support, or related experience with strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
* Strong PC proficiency including intermediate Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office applications, and database/CRM systems
* Ability to perform basic math calculations involving fractions, decimals, weights, and measurements
* Strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities with a customer-focused and consultative approach

Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience with technical quoting, cost estimating, or customer service in a manufacturing environment
* Experience in construction-related industries or familiarity with technical products and materials

Compensation:
* $22-$25/hour
