Hybrid: 3 days in the office

Job Description Responsibilities:
Provides timely and effective administrative support within the Sales function.
Handle New Order Processing and OCR Revisions -Manage the entry and revision of new orders, ensuring revisions are submitted and updated accurately.
Submit Work Orders to TSC-Coordinate with TSC for all post-production activities by submitting accurate and timely work orders.
Ensure Order Documentation and Pricing Accuracy - Maintain accurate documentation and pricing to support timely and correct invoice processing.
Prepare and Deliver Reports - Create and present both leadership and customer-facing reports as requested.
Required Skills
At least a High School diploma
At least 2 years of sales administration or customer service experience
Must have STRONG Excel Skills!
Organization & Time Management Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
Communication Skills Professional verbal and written communication for coordination within the Sales function.
Attention to Detail Critical for managing documentation and order accuracy.
